Emily Sweet Associates has from the beginning represented a number of food and drink authors. Having spent many years working in restaurants, Emily almost committed to training as a chef before being lured into the world of publishing. Her passion for food remains unabated, however, and she closely follows developments on the food scene. With strong cooking skills of her own, Emily particularly enjoys working closely on developing book ideas with chefs and food writers, using her knowledge to bring new ideas and extra value to clients’ projects.
